Kannada TV Actress Shruti (Manjula) Survives Brutal Stabbing Attack by Husband

Bengaluru: Popular Kannada television actress Shruti, also known as Manjula, known for her role in the serial ‘Amruthadhare’, survived a terrifying attack by her husband, Amresh, on July 4th. The incident took place in Muneshwara Layout, Bengaluru, leaving the actress severely injured.

Actress Recovering After Hospitalization

Following the attack, Shruti was immediately rushed to Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru for treatment. She had suffered multiple stab wounds. Thankfully, she has since been discharged and is on the road to recovery.

Husband Arrested and in Judicial Custody

The Hanumanth Nagar police swiftly responded to the incident, arresting Amresh and placing him in judicial custody. The incident, which occurred on July 4th, has sent shockwaves through the Kannada television industry and sparked conversations about domestic violence.
