Tennis Star Radhika Yadav Shot Dead: Friend’s Heartbreaking Testimony Reveals Years of Paternal Control

The tragic death of 25-year-old tennis player Radhika Yadav in Gurugram has sent shockwaves through the community. Radhika was allegedly shot by her father, Deepak Yadav. Now, just days after the horrific incident, a close friend is speaking out, sharing a deeply emotional account of the years leading up to this tragedy.

Friend Alleges Controlling Behavior and Relentless Criticism

Himaanshika Singh Rajput, also a tennis player and close friend of Radhika, took to social media to share a video and a heartbreaking message. Himaanshika alleges that Deepak Yadav exerted extreme control over every aspect of Radhika’s life, subjecting her to constant and debilitating criticism. “My best friend Radhika was murdered by her own father,” Himaanshika wrote. “He shot her five times. Four bullets hit her. He’d made her life miserable for years with his controlling, constant criticism.”

Jealousy and External Influences May Have Played a Role

In her emotional post, Himaanshika further claims that Deepak Yadav was influenced by individuals jealous of Radhika’s success in tennis. “In the end, he listened to so-called friends who were jealous of her success,” she stated. These claims add another layer of complexity to this already devastating story. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
