RCB’s Yash Dayal Takes Sexual Harassment Case to High Court, Alleges Blackmail

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) cricketer Yash Dayal has filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court concerning a sexual harassment case, claiming he is being blackmailed by the complainant.

FIR Filed Against Dayal in Ghaziabad

An FIR was lodged against Dayal on July 6th at the Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad under Section 69 of the BNS Act. Dayal’s petition seeks to have this FIR dismissed.

Dayal Files Counter-Complaint Alleging Blackmail

Through his lawyer, Dayal has also filed a complaint at the Khuldabad police station in Prayagraj against the complainant, alleging blackmail.
