The Navi Mumbai airport project is planned in multiple phases, ultimately aiming to accommodate over 90 million passengers annually. In its initial phase, the NMIA is expected to handle 20 million passengers, significantly boosting the region’s connectivity and economic prospects. This ambitious project underscores the government’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure and catering to the growing demands of air travel.
