Air India Plane Crash Investigation Finds No Initial Evidence of Sabotage or Bird Strike

A preliminary investigation into the devastating Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad last month, which tragically resulted in the loss of 274 lives, has yielded no immediate evidence pointing towards sabotage or a bird strike as contributing factors. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) released the report early Saturday.

No Significant Bird Activity Near Flight Path

The AAIB report specifically notes, “No significant bird activity is observed in the vicinity of the flight path,” suggesting a bird strike is unlikely to be the cause of the accident. Investigators are continuing to analyze data and evidence to determine the true cause of this heartbreaking tragedy.

Ongoing Investigation to Determine Cause

The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities meticulously examining all possible factors to understand the circumstances that led to the crash. Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
