Multi-Agency Operation Leads to Arrests in Kidnapping Case

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office released a statement on Saturday detailing the operation. On July 11, 2025, multiple agencies, collaborating with the FBI’s SWAT team, apprehended eight individuals in connection with a gang-related kidnapping. The arrested individuals are Dilpreet Singh, Arshpreet Singh, Amritpal Singh, Vishal, Pavittar Singh, Gurtaj Singh, Manpreet Randhawa, and Sarabjit Singh.
