Students Create Makeshift Palanquin for Pregnant Professors
Displaying extraordinary resourcefulness and compassion, the students, including 80 young women, fashioned a makeshift palanquin using chairs. They then carried their pregnant professors on this improvised stretcher, trekking 11 kilometers to safety.
