JUSTICE Secretary David Gauke yesterday said he accepted “full responsibility” for the John Worboys parole fiasco. Mr Gauke had said in January that the Government would not challenge the Parole Board decision to free the 60-year-old black cab rapist who police believe attacked 105 women.
